Chemical Peel :A chemical peel uses a chemical solution to remove layers of skin, revealing the more youthful skin underneath. Chemical peels can reduce or improve fine lines and wrinkles, acne, scars, uneven skin coloring and other skin imperfections.
Level 1: No downtime with zero to minimal flaking, also known as a “lunchtime” peel. These chemical peels are usually alpha hydroxy acid based which give a lovely glow to the skin and are a great form of exfoliation for skin that feels rough and lackluster.
Level 2: The perfect mid-level peel that goes slightly deeper to treat discoloration, hyperpigmentation, and wrinkles. It’s generally considered safe for most skin types, although redness can occur and last for 1-2 days after treatment.
Level 3: A medical-strength peel that provides the most correction of all the chemical peels in one treatment. This chemical peel also has the longest peeling time -up to 7 days.
Level 4: The deep peel contains high concentrations of trichloroacetic acid, and it’s the most powerful of the chemical peels. While it produces more dramatic results than superficial or medium peels, it also requires a longer recovery time, and the procedure takes longer.
** All clients MUST start with level 1 chemical peel and advance each treatment.
